While human functions described in al-Baqarah verse thirty is as Khalifah fil ard . In its function as Khalifah fil ard man endowed with superior potency compared with other creatures even though the angels to carry out the mandate of the Lord in the prosperity of this earth. One is the potential for intelligence. Truest potential intelligence about wisdom and truth and divine knowledge is spiritual intelligence potential. Spiritual intelligence in the religion known as version ruhaniyah intelligence. The purpose of this study is to learn about the concept of spiritual intelligence of human potential in the Qur’an Luqman and spiritual intelligence to know the man with the relevance of Islamic education.  The Method used is a qualitative research method. As in analyzing the data in this study the authors use this type of content analysis (content analysis), by analyzing the content of the text (nash), both from primary sources and secondary sources, which is about the texts concerning the concept of Spiritual Intelligence Human Potential in the Qur’an. After analyzing the data, it is concluded as follows: letter Luqman verses 12-19 contains the following characteristics of spiritual intelligence: 1) Always grateful to all that is obtained, 2) Have high faith, 3) Have high dedication to the parents, 4) Have good morals and ethics, 5) Obedient worship, 6) Have humble nature. The relevance of human spiritual intelligence to Islamic education in the Qur’an of Luqmān’s letter is as follows: 1) Tauhid Education, 2) Worship Education, 3) Moral Education or Ethics. In Islamic education to develop spiritual intelligence can be done through a variety of approaches. One approach offered by Zohar and Marshal, the approach through the assignment (assignment approach), through the care (caring approach), through the knowledge (knowledge approach), through the personal change (self-developing) or creativity, through road brotherhood (relationship approach), and through the leadership (leadership approach) dedicated.
