In the view of Islam, humans are born in a state of nature. Humans from birth include various types, such as religious, intellectual, social, economic, independence, equality and other fitrah. So the role of education is needed in the process of fostering and developing human nature, especially religious education, so that humans are directed and cultivated from an early age. Human existence starts from a weakness and inability which will then move towards strength. Humans in the Islamic perspective will still be born in a state of nature, which is pure, clean, free from all sins, and has a tendency to accept religion, faith, and tauhid. Humans become good or bad is the result of educational and environmental factors, not to their original character. In general, the meaning of fitrah in the Al-Qur'an can be grouped into four meanings. (1) As the process of creating the heavens and the earth, (2) The creation process for humans (3) Organizing the universe and its contents in a more harmonious and balanced manner (4) Giving meaning to the religion of Allah as a basic reference and guidance for humans in carrying out every task and function. Based on the description above, it can be found that there are three main elements of fitrah, namely: (1) Fitrah is a dynamic organization that exists in humans. Organization means that in humans it consists of psychophysical systems that can lead to inner and outer behavior. While dynamic is a constitution of nature that has the potential to develop to achieve perfection in life. In this element, fitrah is understood as a human substance. (2) Fitrah has an image created by Allah SWT from the very beginning of its creation. The image of the essence of human nature is unique, which exceeds the nature of other creatures, such as the nature of social culture, knowing God and so on. (3) Fitrah has a unique nature, character and work image. All of them are still potential which need to be actualized according to their original conditions. %U https://tesis.riset-iaid.net/index.php/tesis/article/view/111 %J Online Thesis %0 Journal Article %V 15 %N 2 %@ 2548-7361 %8 2021-01-07
