IMPLEMENTASI DELAPAN STANDAR NASIONAL PENDIDIKAN (SNP) DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH (STUDI KASUS DI MTsS MULTAZAM PANAWANGAN KABUPATEN CIAMIS)
Abstract
This research aims: 1) To find and describe planning for the implementation of eight National Education Standards (SNP) related to efforts to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency; 2) To find and describe implementation of eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency; 3) To find and describethe results of the application of eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency; 4) To find and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency.
InThis research uses qualitative research with case study research method, embedded case study. Furthermore, in the context of this research, primary data is taken directly from various parties who have the capacity as sources of information. For secondary data obtained from various sources of information, either directly or indirectly obtained from parties related and interested in madrasas. Data collection techniques used participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, archival records, and physical artifacts.
The results of the study reveal the following conclusions: 1)Planning for the implementation of the eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency was prepared by involving all components in the madrasa through careful planning, quite ideal, complete and thorough.; 2) Implementation of eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regencythe outline has been able to be implemented in accordance with the previously formulated plans; 3)Application results The National Education Standards (SNP) at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency which are in accordance with Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards (SNP) arecontent standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teaching and educational staff standards, management standards, assessment standards, while those that are not yet appropriate are infrastructure standards and financing standards, 4) Factors Supporters of the implementation of the eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency are geographical conditions,demographic conditions, and sociological conditions that support the implementation process. While what becomesfactorobstacle to the implementation of the eight National Education Standards (SNP) in an effort to improve the quality of education at MTsS Multazam Panawangan, Ciamis Regency are madrasa management, curriculum implementation, human resources (Educators and Education), students, infrastructure, and funds or education budget.
