PENGGUNAAN METODE TARSANA VIRTUAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI BACA AL-QUR’AN PADA SISWA SD ISLAM AL AZHAR 33 TASIKMALAYA

Abstract

The world of Islamic education is experiencing many challenges, changes, and developments needed to face the era of society 5.0. The ability of information technology, virtual methods, digital literacy, and digital ethics must be improved by educators and students to prepare for the era of society 5.0. Based on this background, the objectives of this research are: 1). To test how the application of the Virtual Tarsana method to Improve Al-Qur'an Reading Competence in Al-Azhar 33 Islamic Elementary School Students in Tasikmalaya, 2). To find out the application of the virtual Tarsana method, 3). To find out the results of the application of the virtual Tarsana method to improve the competence of reading the Qur'an in students of SDI Al Azhar 33 Tasikmalaya.


This thesis discusses the results of the study of the methods of reading the tartil of the Qur'an and the results of the author's study in implementing one of these methods virtually identical to the era of society 5.0. The research in this thesis uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research has been conducted from July 21, 2021 to November 22, 2021 through three cycles, namely a) cycle I, using the virtual tarsana method in groups, b) cycle II, using virtual tarsana individually, and c) cycle III, evaluating the implementation of learning virtually. The author evaluates the ability to read the Qur'an of the students of SD Islam Al Azhar 33 Tasimalaya before carrying out the three planned cycles.


The results of the pre-test that have been carried out show that the students' ability in reading tajwid and makharijul letters is 40.9% or ibtida '(not fluent). In Cycles I and II the average ability of students in the Very Good category was 18.18% and 63.63%, while in Cycle III the average ability of students in the very good category was 100% or jayyid jidan. The success of students (students) in learning to read the Qur'an is not only measured at the results at the level of ibtida' (not fluent), jayyid (fluent), and jayyid jidan (very fluent), but also in improving the morals of the participants. educated in practical life.
