STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA (STUDI KASUS DI UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA KAMPUS TASIKMALAYA)

Abstract

The background of this thesis is that in the current era, namely the globalization era where industrial growth is very fast, the field of science and technology is growing rapidly, but behind the rapid progress, there are many concerns are felt by the community.  With the progress that is felt by many people who have lost their identity as a human being, they have forgotten the social values ​​of society, damaged morals, faith in God is fading or even missing.  To fortify from the things make in distance of the religious spiritual soul from God, humans need and must be given guidance or understanding of religion in higher education. The main objectives of this research are to find out and analyse; 1. planning, 2.  methods, 3. material development, and 4. evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Learning at Indonesia Education University (UPI) Tasikmalaya College. 


Usefulness The results of this study can be used as a reference, reflective and constructive material in scientific development in Indonesia, especially Islamic Religious Education, input for policy makers at the government level in particular and universities in general in issuing policies that are specifically related to Islamic Religious Education learning for students in College. This thesis research uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research.  The data collection methods are interviews and documentation, that answer the problem of the emergence of PAI learning strategies at UPI Tasikmalaya College, while the informants of this research are University Leaders, Chief of administration and human resource, Islamic lecturer. The results of this research inform a lot of things as follows; 1. Materials and teaching materials for the PAI learning curriculum at UPI Tasikmalaya College by means deliberation for the entire team of PAI lecturers, both at the central UPI and at UPI regional colleges.  RPS and syllabus and how to choose the type of material according to the SK Dikti. 2. After joining the lecture, the student colleges are expected to be have the ability such as; (a) understanding the basic teaching of Islam religion, (b) applying Islamic teachings in the sciences and professions involved; and (c) solving basic religious problems in daily life. 3. Islamic Religious Education general courses at the Indonesia Education University Tasikmalaya college can be known during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is done online.  The media used during the Covid-19 online learning period are both using e-learning. They are divided into 2 types: synchronous and asynchronous.  4. Islamic Religious Education learning at UPI following this lecture, students are expected to have the following competencies: (a) as a source of values ​​and a basis for thinking and behaving. The Tasikmlaya college learning delivery strategy continues to use the following methods: Expository (lecture) method, discussion, cooperative learning.  5 evaluations of 3 aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.
