Dinamika Madrasah Diniyah di Indonesia

Abstract

This article shows: First, based on the historical aspects of the development, madrasah diniyah grow and evolve as the development of Islam in the country. Second, the government has repeatedly changed the policy of madrassas along with changes in the national education system. In general, government policies towards madrassas diniyah looser compared to other types of education formal nature. Recent developments of madrasah diniyah marked by the birth of the “Pendidikan Diniyah Formal” (PDF), a religious educational institution which has a curriculum of 80% Islamic religious sciences and general sciences and 20% of graduates will be recognized formally by the state.
