Abstract

This research resulted in several findings, namely (1) The development of the Qur'an Reading Writing ability is directed to foster an important attitude of believing, reading, writing, understanding and practicing the teachings of the Qur'an; (2) The development of literacy in the Qur'an needs to be a program in a formal public education institution; (3) Educational institutions are deemed necessary to have initiative and innovation in developing the literacy of Qur'an (BTQ) of learners
